ON EXAMINATION HIS TEETH ARE FOUND TO BE MOBILE AND HE IS A DIABETIC PATIENT WITH GENERALIZED PERIODONTITIS
PRE-OPERATIVE VIEW
TREATMENT DONE;-
WE DID FLAP SURGERY FOR HIM AND THEN WE SPLINT HIS TEETH
AFTER 2 MONTHS HIS FLAPS ARE HEALED AND HE WANT TO REPLACE HIS MISSING TEETH
WE OPT FLEXIBLE PARTIAL DENTURE FOR HIM
